DEVELOPER FINANCING OR V.T.B. (VENDOR TAKE BACK)

Maiya Hermosa will finance any investor who has a minimum 50% of the required deposit towards the purchase price of the selected property, or through partial or recurring payments mutually agreed upon.  

 

This can be achieved with minimal paperwork and no credit checks.  

 

Once the condo is delivered, a standard VTB mortgage security will be registered against the property in first position in favor of Maiya Hermosa, for the balance of the money owed at mutually agreed upon terms, and conditions.
